How long are my credits available?
Monthly credits are issued at the start of each billing cycle and expire when the next cycle begins — they don't roll over. Purchased top-up credits stay available for 6 months from the date of purchase. If your account holds both, the credits expiring soonest are used first.
Can I purchase more credits?
Yes. Active subscribers can buy top-up credit packs at any time from the top-up page, with bigger packs offering a lower cost per credit.
Do I need an active subscription to use credits?
Yes. An active subscription is required to use credits and download content, including credits bought through a top-up package. Subscriptions renew monthly until you cancel.
Can I get a refund?
You can request a refund within 7 days of a payment, but only if none of the credits from that purchase or billing cycle have been used and nothing has been downloaded. Using even one credit makes that transaction final. See the refund terms for the full conditions.
