Privacy policy

What we collect

When you place an order we collect the information needed to fulfil and support it: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and billing address. We also record the IP address the order was submitted from, which is used for fraud screening.

If you arrived through an affiliate link, we record the click identifier attached to that link so the referring partner can be credited. That identifier is not tied to anything about you beyond the fact that an order occurred.

Card details

We do not store card numbers. Card details are transmitted over an encrypted connection directly to our payment processor, which returns only a confirmation and the last four digits. There is no stored card on our side, which is also why we cannot charge you again.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, to email you a confirmation and tracking, to deliver any digital guide you bought, to answer support requests, and to meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. We use it for nothing else.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not add you to a marketing list because you placed an order — the newsletter is opt-in only, and unsubscribing takes one click.

Who we share it with

Only the parties required to complete your order: our payment processor, our shipping carrier, and our order-management platform. Each receives the minimum data needed for its role and is contractually barred from using it for anything else. We may also disclose information where legally compelled to do so.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy tax and financial record-keeping requirements. Support correspondence is retained for two years. You may request deletion of anything held beyond those obligations.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Email support@parryhealthsolutions.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets a cookie to remember the contents of your cart between pages, and a cookie to remember an affiliate click identifier for 30 days. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

By placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not order.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in United States dollars. The price shown against a product is the price charged for that product; tax, discount, and shipping are itemised separately at checkout before you confirm. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to decline or cancel an order, in which case you are refunded in full and charged nothing.

One-time purchases

Every order placed through this site is a single, one-time transaction. No subscription, membership, trial, or recurring billing arrangement is created, and your payment method is not retained for future charges.

Product information

We describe format, unit size, contents, and price as accurately as we can. Product photography is representative; packaging and lot details may vary. We make no claim that any product will produce a particular health outcome.

Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice. Statements regarding dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and these products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Equipment and apparel sold here are general wellness products and are not medical devices. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any supplement, particularly if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

Shipping policy

Physical orders are dispatched from Anytown, ST within one business day of being placed. Express shipping costs $9.95 and is free on orders over $207. Typical delivery is 2–3 business days within the contiguous United States.

Bundles and kits ship complete in a single parcel with one tracking number. Tracking is emailed as soon as the carrier scans the parcel.

Digital guides are delivered by email as PDFs, normally within minutes of the order completing. Nothing is shipped for a digital item and no delivery address is required for a guide-only order.

We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control, but we will help you chase them. If a parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we replace it at our cost.

Refund policy

Physical products may be returned within 60 days of delivery, opened or unopened, for any reason. There is no restocking fee and no explanation is required. Email support@parryhealthsolutions.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid return label.

Do not post an item back without contacting us first — an unlabelled return cannot be matched to your order and cannot be refunded.

Refunds are issued within one business day of the return arriving. Your bank typically takes a further 3–10 business days to post the credit.

Digital guides are non-refundable once delivered, because a PDF cannot be returned. Where a guide was purchased alongside physical products, the physical portion of the order remains fully refundable.
