What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number and the details of what you bought. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor and never touch our servers.

When you browse we collect standard analytics — pages viewed, referring site, device type and approximate region — so we can tell which parts of the site are working.

Why we use it

• To pack, ship and support your order, and to handle returns under our guarantee.
• To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
• To send the Active Natural Solutions letter, if and only if you asked for it.
• To detect fraudulent orders and keep the store secure.
• To meet our tax and accounting obligations.

What we never do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our customer list. We do not share your health-related purchase history with advertisers or insurers.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store: our payment processor, our shipping carriers, our email platform and our accountants. Each is bound by contract to use your data only for the service they provide us.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years to satisfy tax law. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within thirty days. Analytics data is aggregated after fourteen months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete everything we are not legally required to keep. Email support@activenaturalsolutions.com and we will act within thirty days.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your bag between visits, one for analytics, and one to remember whether you have dismissed the announcement bar. You can clear or block them in your browser; the bag will simply reset.
