1. About these terms

These terms apply to every order placed with Active Natural Solutions. Placing an order means you accept them. If something here is unclear, ask us before you buy rather than after.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout where applicable. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch; if we do, we will contact you and you can cancel for a full refund.

An order is accepted when we email your dispatch confirmation, not when payment authorises.

3. Product information

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including doses, sizes and materials. Product renders are illustrative — packaging occasionally changes between batches, and the label on your container is the authoritative ingredient list.

4. Health disclaimer

Our products are dietary supplements and wellness equipment, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and none of our statements have been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

5. Guarantee and returns

6. Acceptable use

Do not resell our products as your own, scrape the site, or use our photography, copy or brand assets without written permission. Reviews you submit may be published with your first name and last initial.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by our negligence.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, and the courts of Sheridan County have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
